If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain the following information:

- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address: This information is necessary for us to contact you regarding your counter-notification.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled: This statement affirms your belief that the removal or disabling of the material was based on an error.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which LAYERSEVEN IPTV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person: This statement indicates your agreement to be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and to accept service of process from the original copyright claimant.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Your counter-notification must be signed, either physically or electronically.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, LAYERSEVEN IPTV will forward it to the original complaining party. The original complaining party will then have ten (10) business days to notify LAYERSEVEN IPTV that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity. If LAYERSEVEN IPTV receives such notification, we will be unable to restore the material. If we do not receive such notification, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the counter-notification, at LAYERSEVEN IPTV’s sole discretion.

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
