IN NO EVENT SHALL LAYERSEVEN IPTV’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LAYERSEVEN IPTV, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
